What Bonnie helps you do

  • Meals

Snap a photo or pick from a list of everyday foods. Bonnie adds up the calcium, vitamin D and protein for you.

  • Moves

Seven gentle strength, balance and walking moves, with a timer and simple weekly goals.

  • Supplements

A daily reminder at the time you choose, and a big tick when you’ve taken it.

  • Bone scans

Write down your bone density (DEXA) results and see them side by side over the years.

  • Home safety

A room-by-room checklist of small changes that make falls less likely.

How it works

  1. Add your meal

Take a photo, pick from the list, or type it in. You can check and change every number.

  2. Watch your rings fill up

Three rings show your calcium, vitamin D and protein for the day. Bonnie cheers when you reach a goal.

  3. See how you’re doing

A calendar shows your good days, and you can share a simple summary with your doctor if you like.

Kind to your eyes, careful with your privacy

  • Large, easy-to-read letters, made for people with low vision
  • No account, no password, nothing to remember
  • Your diary stays on your phone. We can’t see it.
  • No ads, and no tracking

A note about safety

Bonnie is a wellness diary, not a medical device. It doesn’t diagnose or treat anything and never suggests doses. Its daily goals come from the U.S. National Institutes of Health, and the app lists the public health sources it uses. Please talk to your doctor before changing your diet, supplements or exercise.

Questions

Is Bonnie medical advice?

No. Bonnie is a wellness diary that helps you keep track of everyday habits. It doesn’t diagnose or treat anything, and it never tells you how much of a supplement to take. Your doctor is always the one to ask.

Do I need an account or a password?

No. Just open the app and start. There’s nothing to sign up for.

Where is my information kept?

On your phone. We can’t see your diary. If you choose to get an estimate from a meal photo, the app asks first, and that photo is sent only to make the estimate. We don’t keep it.

How much does it cost?

Bonnie is free to download, and new subscribers can try Bonnie Plus free for 14 days. After that it’s $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year, and it renews automatically until you cancel. Supplement reminders, the home safety checklist, and everything you’ve already logged stay free, even if you don’t subscribe.

How do I cancel?

Any time, in your iPhone’s Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Bonnie. Bonnie reminds you 2 days before your free trial ends, so you’re never charged by surprise. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

I’m not very good with technology. Will it be hard?

We made Bonnie for you. It uses big text and big buttons, and you can add a meal by taking a photo, picking from a list, or typing. Nothing breaks if you tap the wrong thing.

Can I share it with my doctor?

Yes. Bonnie can make a simple summary of your meals, supplements and scan results that you can text or email to your doctor.

Does it work on Android?

Not yet. Bonnie is coming to iPhone first.

Can I delete my information?

Yes, at any time. Tap “Erase my diary” at the bottom of the app, or delete the app.
