How do I…
Delete everything
At the bottom of any screen in the app, tap “Erase my diary”, then “Erase”. This removes your diary and reminders from your phone. Deleting the app does the same.
Turn reminders on or off
In the app, open Supplements to add or remove a reminder, or My goals for the evening check-in. To stop all of them, open your iPhone’s Settings, tap Notifications, then Bonnie.
Stop sending meal photos for estimates
In the app, tap “About, sources and privacy policy” at the bottom of the screen, then “Stop sending photos for estimates”.
Change your goals
Tap “My goals” at the top of the app to choose your age group and protein goal.
Cancel Bonnie Plus
Open your iPhone’s Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Bonnie, then Cancel Subscription. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for. Your reminders, safety checklist and everything you logged stay free. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel a subscription.
Get a refund
Apple handles payments and refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, or email us and we’ll help.
Share a summary with your doctor
On the Today screen, scroll to “My last 30 days” and tap “Share a summary with my doctor”.
Make the text even bigger
Bonnie follows your iPhone’s text size. Open Settings, then Display & Brightness, then Text Size.
