Terms of Use
Please read these terms. The most important one: Bonnie is a wellness diary, not medical care.
About these terms
These terms apply to the Bonnie app and this website, offered by Digestable, LLC. The app is also licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. By using Bonnie you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Bonnie.
Bonnie is not medical care
Bonnie is a wellness diary. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always talk to your doctor or pharmacist before changing your diet, supplements, exercise or medications, and before making any medical decision. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (911 in the U.S.). Bonnie doesn’t create a doctor–patient relationship. Never ignore medical advice, or wait to get it, because of something in Bonnie.
Who can use Bonnie
You must be 18 or older and live in the United States.
Estimates and information
Food values, AI estimates, goals and tips are general information and may be wrong or incomplete. Check food and supplement labels, and talk to your doctor or pharmacist. You are responsible for your own health decisions.
Exercise
The moves in Bonnie are general suggestions, not a personal exercise plan. Check with your doctor or a physical therapist before starting, especially if you have osteoporosis, a past fracture or a balance problem. Keep a sturdy chair or counter nearby, and stop right away if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or chest discomfort.
Bonnie Plus subscriptions
Some features need Bonnie Plus, a subscription that costs $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year (U.S. prices; your App Store shows your price). New subscribers get a 14-day free trial. Free trials are for new subscribers only. When the trial ends, your Apple ID will be charged $4.99, and your subscription renews automatically every month at that price until you cancel. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends, in your iPhone’s Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. Bonnie reminds you 2 days before your free trial ends, in the app and by notification if you allow them. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com). If we ever change the price, we’ll tell you in advance, and Apple will ask for your agreement where required. Supplement reminders, the home safety checklist, and seeing, sharing and erasing your own data stay free, with or without a subscription.
